Booking your trip is a simple TWO step process:

  1. Choose your room/booking type below and optional add-ons.

  2. In 24 hours, you will receive a welcome email confirming your purchase and booking with the next steps.

IMPORTANT: If you are booking with a friend and sharing a room, neither of you will be considered "booked" until you both submit your deposit within 24 hours of each other. There are no exceptions to this policy.

As a reminder, this is a non-refundable travel experience. We do this to keep costs as low as possible. The purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of an emergency is highly advised.

 

Cancellation + transfer Policies

Deposits are refundable for 24 hours after the exact date and time the deposit is paid. After 24 hours, all deposits and payments towards the trip are non-refundable. Travel insurance provides a refund if your claim is valid. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance. Our $500 production fee is non-refundable and not covered under travel insurance policies.

Late Payments- $100
Late payment fee for final payment after due date. Reservation will be cancelled by for non-payment and no money will be refunded if payment is not received by May 24, 2024.

Name Change Fee- $50
Applicable when your roommate has canceled, and you are changing roommates. Payments made by the canceled roommate are NOT-TRANSFERABLE.
All payments are non-transferable. If your roommate cancels, you will be invoiced at single occupancy rate until you have a replacement roommate.
